uconnect Information

When is uconnect available? Any time that the database is not closed for a backup or for any scheduled outage. Typically, system backup occurs daily, of any duration during 2:00am-6:00am ET.

How do I update my address? Enter Secure Area > Personal Information > Update Addresses & Phones. Follow on-screen instructions.

How do I get a letter that states I’m enrolled as a full-time student? Enter Secure Area > Student Records > Print Enrollment Verification Letters. Note: This service is available beginning approximately the 4th week of a new term.

How do I get my schedule? Enter Secure Area > Registration > Detail Schedule.

Why do I see more than one term? It is important that you make sure to select the correct term when logged into uconnect, which is able to process transactions for multiple terms.

Where do I get my grades? Enter Secure Area> Student Records > Academic Transcript. Note: Grades are not mailed; use your discretion to print & share as needed.

How do I get my official transcript? Enter Secure Area > Student Records > Request A Transcript. Follow on-screen instructions.

How can I access uconnect? Use any computer that is connected to the internet. In your internet browser, enter uconnect.jwu.edu to access uconnect directly.

How secure is uconnect? The University takes all reasonable measures to protect the student information it keeps in electronic form from unauthorized access. To protect your personal data from unauthorized access, you should be very careful in safeguarding this information and you must not share your PIN number with anyone else.

What if I misplace my ID card? Go to Dining Services directly to obtain a new ID card.

What if I forget my ID and/or PIN (password)? What if my logon doesn't work? Contact your campus Student Academic Services office to have your PIN reset.

What if I'm having trouble or have questions when logged into uconnect? Each uconnect page has a "Help" link located in the top, right corner. Help text will give more detailed information in navigation of uconnect and will supply University policy. Contact the appropiate department, if you have a specific question.

Can I print from uconnect? Yes, you can print any uconnect page from your internet browser. We do not recommend that you send information to print on a public access printer (for example, in a computer lab).
