In Case of Emergency (ICE)
In an emergency, time is critical and getting answers FAST could mean the difference between life and death. ICE - In Case of Emergency – allows emergency service providers and public safety personnel to get answers quickly when you are incapacitated.

Here’s how it works:
• Program multiple ICE contacts by labeling your mobile phone directory with ICE1, ICE2, ICE3 or ICE MOM, ICE DAD ICE SISTER.

• If you are under 18, make sure your ICE contact is a parent or guardian authorized to make decisions on your behalf.

• Make sure the person whose name and number you are giving has agreed to be your ICE contact.

• Your ICE contact should have a list of people to call on your behalf (next of kin, your place of work, etc.).

• Provide an ICE contact’s number that is easy to reach.

• Alert your ICE contact to any medical conditions that could affect your emergency treatment (your allergies, current medication, etc.).
