Roster Updates – Each trimester you will receive a printed roster. The roster should be reviewed and updated and submitted to the Greek Life Office.
Insurance Certificate – Submit copy of your insurance certificate naming University as an additional insured.
New Member Cards – Pink cards that new members must fill out. The cards should be turned in with a print out of the student’s transcript within a week after the new member has accepted your invitation to pledge.
Service Forms – Forms should be submitted following each service project you complete.
Fundraising Registration Forms – Forms should be submitted at least 2 days prior to any fundraising program you are doing.
Funding Request Forms – Used for requesting appropriations from the Student Government. They need to be done at least two weeks prior to the event. If the request is over $500 you must attend an appropriations meeting. Currently, meetings are on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 pm.
