The Multicultural Center (MCC) was founded in 1993 to encourage effort to respect, support and educate people of diverse characteristics and backgrounds. The MCC hosts and co-hosts a wide variety of educational programs, cultural events and social activities that are designed to engage students, staff and faculty in direct interaction around issues of diversity and community.
For the 2003-2004 academic year, 13,568 people, including students from more than 95 countries-participated in over 100 programs.
