The Johnson & Wales Inn and the Radisson Airport Hotel
Are Hopping with Easter Festivities

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – March 12, 2007 – Celebrate your Easter holiday with family and friends at one of the two Johnson & Wales University signature properties or get it "to-go." The Radisson Airport Hotel, 2081 Post Road, Warwick, R.I., and the Johnson & Wales Inn, 213 Taunton Avenue in Seekonk, Mass. are preparing delicious meals for Easter Sunday, April 8.

The Radisson is hosting an Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with hot and cold buffets in the University Ballroom. You can select from eggs Benedict, Texas-style French toast, antipasto, smoked turkey and ham, baked sole with a shrimp scampi sauce, leg of lamb, carved roast beef and much more. Cost for adults is $23.95, seniors $21.95, and children under 12 are $13.95, plus tax and gratuity. Advanced reservations are required by Thursday, April 5.  Please call (401) 739-3000.

Brunch will be served at the Johnson & Wales Inn from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Regency Ballroom. The menu items feature roast leg of lamb with mint jelly, baked scrod Provencal, glazed hickory-smoked ham and grilled lemon pepper chicken. Items on the cold buffet include Caesar salad, fruit salad, mussels mariner, a crudité & cheese display, antipasto and much more. Breakfast items as well as a lavish desert buffet will also be offered. Prices range from $23.95 for adults, $21.95 for seniors, $13.95 for children ages five-12 and $5.95 for children four-and-under. Tax and gratuity not included. Reservations are required by noon on Friday, April 6.

In addition to the brunch, Audrey's Restaurant, located at the Inn, is offering an Easter Sunrise Breakfast Buffet and an Easter Dinner. The buffet will be from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Cost for adults is $13.95, and children for $9.95, tax and gratuity not included. The dinner will run from noon to 6 p.m. Selections will include lamb, grilled chicken and glazed ham. Additional selections from Audrey’s dinner menu will also be available.

Or kick back, relax and let the Johnson & Wales Inn or the Radisson take care of everything this Easter. Complete "Easter Dinner-To-Go" is perfect for entertaining. Each dinner is complete with everything needed to serve 10-12 people. Selections include prime rib, baked hearthstone ham, or roast leg of lamb, with prices ranging from $135 to $170. Each dinner also includes soup, potatoes, vegetable, and dessert. Orders must be placed by noon on Friday, April 6, with pick-up on Sunday, April 8, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
