 Dorian Vincent Scotti’s "From the Garden" Exhibit To be featured at the Culinary Arts Museum The Culinary Arts Museum on the Providence Campus will feature paintings and oil sketches of fruit and vegetables by artist Dorian Vincent Scotti in an exhibit entitled, "From the Garden," from Sept. 9, 2008 through Jan. 9, 2009.
 Hopper Named Dean of Libraries for Providence Campus Rosita Hopper of Rockville, R.I., has been named dean of libraries. She was promoted from the position of director. Hopper's new responsibilities will combine leadership of the Providence Campus' two library locations.
Denver Campus Announces New Dean of Academic Affairs Richard Wiscott. Ph.D., has been named dean of Academic Affairs, and will assume his new post effective July 28, 2008.
Culinary Administrators Named Global Master Chefs Chris Wagner, director of culinary operations at the North Miami Campus, and Karl Guggenmos, university dean of Culinary Education were two of the 27 chefs from six different countries to receive the Global Master Chef distinction from the World Association of Chef Societies at the World Trade Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
