North Miami Culinary Dean Named Vice President of NORTH MIAMI, Fla. – Jan. 25, 2008 – Johnson & Wales University’s North Miami Campus Dean of Culinary Arts Education, Bruce Ozga, was named vice president of the South Florida Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) for 2008.
In his current position, Ozga is responsible for supporting the overall mission of the College of Culinary Arts and providing leadership with direct oversight of budget, staff and academic programs and to ensure the quality of the educational programs. Ozga graduated from Johnson & Wales University’s Providence Campus with an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor’s degree in food service management.
