Information
Technology Services (ITS) is the central department providing all
members of the Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte Campus
with technical support, networking, telecommunications, and other
technology services for academic and administrative endeavors.
ITS works with departments, faculty, staff, and students to provide
robust, flexible, and secure technologies that support the institutional
goals of the university.
